Instructions

  1. Wearing gloves, cut each jalapeño in half lengthwise. Scrape out all the seeds and membranes of each jalapeño.
  2. Prepare the pimento cream cheese spread. (See note)
  3. Using a spoon, fill each jalapeño with 1 ½ tablespoons of pimento cream cheese spread. Fill it to be flush or just below the top of each jalapeño.
  4. Take a piece of bacon and wrap it around each jalapeño popper. Secure with a toothpick if needed. Repeat with all the jalapeño halves. Chill the poppers for at least one hour if the pimento cream cheese was just freshly prepared and not already cold.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 350℉. Add the poppers to the basket of the air fryer. Don't overcrowd the basket.
  6. Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the bacon is golden and crisp. Serve warm.
