Cilantro Aioli

This a tasty sauce that is great on grilled or roasted meats and vegetables. It is also great as a spread. It turns an ordinary sandwich into a gourmet specialty.

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 large clove garlic minced
⅔ cup cilantro
⅛ tsp salt

Instructions

Add all ingredients to the bowl of your food processor. Purée in 15 second increments until completely combined.
Remove aioli mixture from the food processor to a serving bowl.
