Must Have Mustard Sauce with Capers

This is a sauce that every kitchen should have on hand. It is a perfect balance of a tangy mustard flavor with the creaminess of the mayonnaise and the burst of saltiness in the capers. It is great on chicken, turkey, beef, pork, and fish! I also love to use it as a spread on sandwiches.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • ¼ cup yellow mustard
  • ¼ cup dijion mustard
  • ¼ cup whole grain mustard
  • ¼ cup capers drained
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  1. Combine all of the ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined.

Notes

Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator.
