Steak Marinade

This marinade is perfect for any cut of beef steak. It has a perfect balance of acid, fat, umami, and herb flavor. I love to use it on kebab meat and veggies.

Instructions

  1. Place olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic, parsley, and black pepper in large zip lock gallon baggie. Zip the baggie closed and shake until thoroughly combined.
  2. To use the marinade: Add steak, coat with the marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for up to 8 hours. Remove steak from the marinade and shake off excess. Discard the remaining marinade. Cook or grill steaks to desired doneness.

Notes

I use this marinade on any cut of beef from a sirloin steak to kebabs.
